For the record, since the original thread was closed and people don't seem to get it:
I'm a lifetime subscriber, you twits--how much more loyal do I need to be?
I was loyal for the game they showed me in Beta.
Which they promptly bait and switched on launch day.
Yeah, I'm the jerk here.
Look Mom, I learned how to communicate with devs and they 'officially' warned me.

This is seriously funny stuff, but I'm a fan of creative swearing.
The 'troll' line is classic.
Stelek, you choose to break the rules of the forum and it had consequences. Why are you surprised?
It doesn't matter if you agree with the rules or not (much like in 40K), those are the rules.
It doesn't matter how justified you believe you were in breaking the rules. You still broke them.
Don't get me wrong. You pay to play and of course the company in question is fucking responsible for providing the service you paid for, but it doesn't allow you to break the rules of their forum.
Two wrongs and all that.
You could have choosen to word you complaint differently, but you didn't and suffered the consequences.

What are the thanking you for? Gawd I hate empty customer service statements. When I went through all the bullshit when Wamu got eaten by Chase they kept telling me to eat shit, hidden behind "we appreciate your business" and "we strive to make you a happy brainwashed slackjawed customer" and "how can we help you be fucking you over?"
I have to admit I have been guilty of emailed false politeness in my last job, but some bullshit is just too annoying to put up with.

Moderation (I mean censorship) to suppress bigotry, trolling, flame wars and spam has a place. In contrast, suppressing valid criticism is always suspect, even if the critic uses naughty words.
