or
145 - Vindicator: Daemonic Posession.

Each combination has some leftover points, but that's the gist of it.
So what combination of units would make this the better army?

Dreads and Preds. I don't think you want a vindicator having to retreat because the fucking dread next to it went apeshit.
Make your PM double melta though.

Are Preds really worth the points? I see in your own CSM list, you run Preds.
I actually decided not to bother with Dreads, because I'll be arguing over it's Fire Frenzy every game. Whereas, I believe that it'll only Fire Frenzy in it's front 45* arc (if there's something there of course). Dread weapons are hull mounted. Hull mounted = 45* arc. Weapons on vehicles dictate LOS.
Oh and Warptime. Is it reroll all dice or just failures? There a FAQ for this?
As for melta/flamer, I was going to experiment to see if flexibility>specialization. If it sucks, I can just swap the units into 2/2/2/2.
But yeah. Due to taking no Dreads, I was going to go with this instead..

It was down to Terminators or Bikes. I figure deep-striking Terminators guided by the Icon will give me the ability to shred random Land Raiders and such.

Warptime is fails to my knowledge.
I run preds because I like having something that might last the game, the Zerkers certainly don't. lol
I think you'll get crushed since you need to stop Raiders immediately.

Warptime, like Doom, grants free rein to re-rolling - even passes can be redone. Not sure why this matters...
Ok, so I tweaked the list. You were right.. raiders need to go down asap. Relying on deep strike won't accomplish shit.
I also posted on a local forum; warptime is played as reroll whatever you like.

LOL, sometimes in assault you just want to die, so that you can shoot the crap out of the enemy next turn. Happened to me on a few occasions to litteraly pray to fail freaking 3+ armor saves.
But all you can do is make sure you don't kill anyone - you can only re-roll your own to hit and to wound rolls. It's effects in helping you die are negligible - unlike Maugan Ra shooting Doom'd SoBs where he has enough chance to Rend to re-roll passes.
