Sure.

It's a 8-12" blast 'zone'.

Inside of which, NO cover saves are allowed and ALL hits (not just the
one under the hole) are S10 AP1. Ordnance no less, so even Land Raiders
are terrified of this barrage.

So basically all troops and light vehicles just die.

POOF!

Isn't 3 + d3 inches an 8 to 12 inch diameter?

I reckon it's more of a novelty item than a bona-fide competetive thing, but I played against one the other night and it was a great laugh. Adds an element of suspense to the proceedings. Also, proxying one is as simple as balancing a Coke bottle on top of a CHimera chassis.

I will add that on a 4' x 4' table, being able to destroy everything that sits on 1/16th of the table is quite powerful.  Everything under this Frisbee....
